    Nothing in my POH on X-wind component but there was a "CheckMate" checklist in the plane that had it at 13mph (11kts).

    With the boost pump on it's really hard to see an increase, but it does go up slightly. Be sure to post what Lycoming has to say. They had a recall on my old pump for engine oil getting into the fuel, which mine was doing but mine was outside of the range or what ever, only thing I remember was having to reach in my pocket

    I replaced the mechanical fuel pump last year, with the new pump my fuel pressure is at 27~28 psi as well. Talked to several A&P's and posted it on MS as well, didn't seem to bother anyone so I don't worry about it, will be interesting to see what results you get get

    There is a place that hang a turbo-prop on a Bo, I think it's like $1,200,000.00, I added all the zeros to wake you up....lol

    Are we talking about adding a turbocharger or hanging something that burns jet-a?

    +1 for Plexus, Windex or anything with ammonia is really bad, the plastic actually is a laminate which the ammonia will lift the protective coating (looks like its peeling)

    Agreed, would be interesting to how much retract time on the 54% that just smooth ass forgot. As a very low time retract guy, my GUMP is more like GUMP..U..U...U...U...U pretty much until I turn on a taxiway.....lol

    Logs are a bargaining chip in my opinion, this bird will most likely be gone through with a fine tooth comb and the logs reconstructed. Everyone seems to freak out when logs are missing, my logs where complete and I still verified the books weren't just pencil whipped, if there was any major damaged repaired and not logged someone did a good job of repairing it

    Looking at their new site it seems some of the prices have come way down, LASAR has always given me excellent service and now it seem it will be a little easier on wallet........

    What shape is the seal in? Mine is brand new and only see 1/2" change at best (7500ft)

    Can't confirm for the C, but when I did my E there were 3 different sizes used, it will definitely clean up the appearance under the cowl.
