Hartzell 3-Blade on M20J

Timely discussion for me since I just had a catastrophic failure of my spinner bulkhead on my 3 blade prop.  The front bulkhead failed a couple months so ago, and last month the rear bulkhead failed sending a chunk of metal flying around inside the cowl.  The prop hub also needed resealing after only 102 hours since the last re-seal.  The prop shop and the manufacturer are trying to figure out what is going on.  The prop was dynamic balanced throughout the time I have owned the plane.  They are now checking to see if one of the counterweights is out of balance and that is sending a harmonic vibration into the hub and spinner bulkhead. 

I personally like the look of the 3 blade prop, but I have been spending a lot of money on prop maintenance
