Pretty expensive, not very big; 16 pages last edition. Has some pretty esoteric stuff. But it has some basic stuff too, and keeping ones mind on safe IFR flying is never a bad idea. I keep renewing my subscription.

I agree about IFR and IFR Refresher.  I took Refresher for two years, but honestly got kind of bored with it.  Might be fun to take if you are doing your IR now, or are a newly minted IR pilot.

I hadn't noticed one being better or more interesting than the other - just different content. I've been subscribing to both for 20+ years and enjoy both. Just another opinion. They're a great way to learn about the system and the finer points about procedures.
