steve wilbur Posted July 13, 2021 Report Posted July 13, 2021 Does anyone know where to get a replacement rubber boot for the vacuum actuator on 1990 Precise Flight speed brakes? I believe the actuator was made by Brittian Industries. Quote
shawnd Posted July 14, 2021 Report Posted July 14, 2021 I am assuming you have contact Precise Flight? https://preciseflight.com/general-aviation/speedbrakes/ Also, welcome aboard! 1 Quote
carusoam Posted July 14, 2021 Report Posted July 14, 2021 Welcome aboard Steve! As Shawn has mentioned…. Precise flight is still supporting the speed brakes… Give them a call and let us know what you find out… Changing to a new variation of electric speed brakes is probably not in the cards… different foot print… Confirm if it is a Brittain part… there a certain fixes for those too… but getting less likely as the days go on… If Brittain… Celia has been our contact… recent changes have been made, so this may have changed as well… PP thoughts only, not a mechanic… Best regards, -a- Quote
StevenL757 Posted July 14, 2021 Report Posted July 14, 2021 Agree. PreciseFlight should be able to still sell to you direct, and if I remember correctly, are good to work with. Quote
