Need help, Left inboard flap hinge ground down during gear up. Have new parts, looking for quidance to get at the three nuts and bolts to remove it. The flap is already removed but the nuts are jest in the wing. Anyone worked this problem?

My 1969 Mooney M20C s/n 600072, needs help. The left inboard flap hinge must be replaced. I have the parts. The flap is removed but the three nuts and bolts to remove the hinge are the problem because the heads of the nuts are in the wing. I have the tools and know the part is removable without removing the skin on the wing but need some who has performed this procedure to discuss it with me.

My second concern is the replacement of a tired cable that disengages the electric landing gear actuator motor so I can crank the gear down. My concern is getting the sheathed cable trough the floor from the top and being able to pull it through from the bottom. It is a very small and tight area just below the floor
