I'm flying over Friday in the Mooney to see the vendors. I purchased a  KitFox and they will be there. I ordered My kit just before Oshkosh and it will be ready at the end of this month.

I haven't been to the flyin at KBXK it has always been at KCGZ.

Well bummer the Kitfox people will not be making the flyin do to weather. 

Anthony, once I start building it I plan on doing a build log with pictures to share. I will be picking up my kit March 1st. The finished plane will look a lot like factory demo plane below but with my own paint scheme. I’m planning on putting a turbo Rotax engine built by Edge power sports in it which puts out around 150hp and for avionics I will be putting the Garmin G3X. I have been eyeing this plane for a while now but I had a sprinter van project going on so I was waiting to order it once I was close to finishing that. Trent Palmer started doing his videos and demand started going out the roof for the Kitfox’s. Now the wait is over a year to get a kit. I was pretty lucky with my timing. I preferred  the side by side seating as opposed to the front and back of the other kits out there. It’s also has retractable wings and can be trailered.
