x2 for Steve! He knows Mooneys and does a lot of repair work for all types, so he can spot damage and repairs.

Any other recommendations for a ppi?

I emailed Myers Aviations about a month ago to ask if they did Mooney pre-purchase inspections. Their response was no. 

I also would probably rule out New View, as they just did the annual inspection on the airplane.
