Us too!!  We hope to join the Caravan this year.  We really liked the VAC area close to those restaurants on the field.  Don't know if we will go to the North 40, but we are definitely going.

Has anyone figured out a replacement for Trey and Lela's Orange Juice?

I'll be there weather willing and my 11 year old son would shoot me if we didn't make it.  This will be his 2nd year and he tells me every week how many days are left to AirVenture.  I'd really love to be there opening day to see REO Speedwagon open the event, but we usually end up there Thurs-Sun.  We're both also craving a Friar Tuck's meal!  Can't wait!

I will be there in 75V.  Planning to arrive on Sunday and depart Friday.  Will camp at the north 40 and pray for no thunder boomers!

I suggest that you contact the EAA housing office.  I've stayed in private homes many times when attending Oshkosh, and in fact, I've rented a whole house two years ago when a group of us, I think it was five pilots, went there for a week. Always possible to stay in the college dorms, and ride the all day shuttle busses to the show. For what it is worth, a couple of us once split the cost for renting a good sized motor home which we picked up around 200 miles away, and drove to Oshkosh. Great to have hot water showers.

Please remember to stop by Building C for Mooney Happy Hour sponsored by ArtCraft Paint with some help from the Mooney Ambassadors. 12-2 daily or until they kick us out. HA

Everyone is also welcome to drop by or hang out at the Aspen North 40 Welcome Tent, which is right by the North 40 bus stop.  The tent is outfitted with one of those big swamp cooler air conditioners along with a handfull of tables and chairs where you can hang out with other aircraft owners.

We also plan to have a couple of Aspen equipped Mooney's parked by the tent just in case you are wondering what a new Aspen panel would look like in your Mooney.  ;-)

Hope to see y'all there.

My dad and I are going to be there again.  We're planning on camping, but we also have rooms lined up in a house just in case.  Looking forward to seeing you all there again!

Quinn and Vic:  Glad you are coming. Remember about Happy Hour at Building C sponsored by ArtCraft and Lt Dan Band on Friday night.

Hello there

ArtCraft is in Building C space 3062.  Apparently the hospitality room is just a few booths down.  The Mooney Ambassadors are helping in this endeavour.  We are aiming for 12-2 daily.  The room is for customers or potential customers.  So we will have a chance to talk Mooney, perhaps get a quote on an interior or paint job from ArtCraft, see our Mooney Family, and have a cold drink.

We are going to try to save a row for Lt. Dan Band on Friday night.  Mitch and I will be presenting a workshop on Promoting General Aviation, but have not been given the location or date yet.
