aidanf Posted February 5, 2018 Report Posted February 5, 2018 The fun stuff starts at 7:30, and at the end there is the sweetest landing. Just to be clear - I was in a TMA and there was no other traffic within 30 miles of me I wonder if 2 of these videos would suffice instead of a swing test during an annual! 2 Quote
carusoam Posted February 5, 2018 Report Posted February 5, 2018 Aidan, do you have a way to get the link to open in you tube? i tried to cut and paste but couldn't find it there. Maybe Author / title ? Best regards, -a- Quote

OR, you can right-click on it and get the YouTube url to the vid. 1 Quote
carusoam Posted February 6, 2018 Report Posted February 6, 2018 Thanks Eric... Using the iPad and your advice... Touch and hold... then all the options show up in a list. Open in YouTube was one of the options, and works well. Thanks Aidan, for sharing your corner of the Mooney world! Great video of the Czech countryside... the 360° video has enough definition you can see the wheels begin to turn as they touch down! The landing gear donuts get a workout on each bump of the runway... Side Note: Aidan, looks like some 100LL stains on the bottom of the wing. Best regards, -a- Quote
Oscar Avalle Posted February 7, 2018 Report Posted February 7, 2018 Eric, really nice video. How easy is it to edit the 360 cameras and what camera are you using? Thanks for sharing. Oscar Quote
aidanf Posted February 7, 2018 Author Report Posted February 7, 2018 In reply to the earlier post I used a Samsung gear 360 camera (2017 edition) it cost about 160 bucks and added a 64gb card on top - quite easy to edit but to be honest you need a beefy kind of computer to produce the videos unless you have the patience of a saint - the software that comes with the camera is pretty good (for included software) - the phone app (ios and android) is pretty slick for managing the camera. 1 Quote
