Jayhawk_aviator Posted September 5, 2017 Report Posted September 5, 2017 Is anyone aware of an STC that approves the Davtron 550 (? I think) fuel flow indicator in the Mooney aircraft? The 1978 J model we purchased had one installed and trying to find the approval source.

A fuel flow meter is not on the M20* type certificate. It's not a major modification. Perhaps it needs to be TSO or PMA. Should just be a log book entry.
