I know it's a long shot being out in the sticks on the west coast. But I'm taking my plane to KTTD this weekend to have some work done. Maybe even work around someone's schedule. Any chance someone is making a flight from the Portland area to or over eastern Oregon around KGCD and wouldn't mind another seat filled? I'm sure it's a given but I'll buy fuel.

Too bad that wasn't last weekend.  On Sunday we flew down to GCD to pick up an Angel Flight passenger and take them to BDN.  First time into GCD.

Just asking because a guy wanted me to fly him to Portland because he needed to go to the hospital but I haven't heard back from him.

I'm willing to take him. Just thought it might have been the same person and his plans changed. I have signed up for pilots and paws, I might have to sign up for Angel flights as well. It wasn't very cost affective to have you come down from Seattle, but did you enjoy the $3.99 a gallon for fuel there?:)

You bet I did.  I had never been to GCD so I wanted an excuse to land there.  Then flew to BDN for the $3.99 gas minus the $1 Phillips rebate for a net $2.99/gallon.  Just a bit better than the $4.90 at home.  Had a little BBQ at BDN too.
