Aspen Pro 1000 + KFC 200

I got my plane back, but we may have found some issues with the flight director computer.

1. When I use my trim the flight director bars jump to a 45 right roll, and come back instantly after I use the trim switch.

2. On a GPSS approach the FD Bars want to jump 20 degrees up.

 

My ame is talking to BK and Aspen today to see if they can find anything but we're thinking the FD computer has issues and either needs to be replaced or repaired.

I'm hoping someone else has seen this?

Did the FD work fine before the Aspen install? And where are the FD bars you are referring too - on the Aspen or your old BK AI 208?

But no, never even heard of such behavior.
