67 F for sale

[Mooneymite]

I have absolutely nothing to do with this aircraft.  I just happened across it while my Mooney was getting an IFR certification at 6A2, an airport close to me.  Seemed like a reasonable price for what it is:

As you probably know, the 1967 Mooneys were kind of a mixed bag, with some of the old Mooney items, like hydraulic flaps and some of the new Mooney items like electric gear.  What you see, is what you get.

FYI out of annual, needs a prop and the guy says the paint needs work, that the pics are far better than it looks in person.

I  think it just has the original prop hub with the repetitive inspection AD.  When you see an F with most of the speed mods for $42K asking price, it's  a lead pipe certainty it will be needing some attention.  However, I  understand it is flyable as is.
