Not that close, but Joey Cole (Cole Aviation) in Dalton GA (240sm south) did mine. I would recommend him.

My mechanic Sue just moved there.  We did 5 annuals on my Mooney and she has worked did the annual on others as well.  We did major gear work as well as re-rigged all the controls on my Mooney

 

She is fair and good.
