I got my Sea Plane SE rating at Jack Browns back in 1992.  It was absolutely the best, most enjoyable flying I've ever done.  Do they still offer a ME program too.  I might go back if they do...

PArker: Aint that fun? i had an old 172 on floats for years. I got my float rating years ago. Have not used it for about 10 years but when we had a cottage back in Ontario it was the best way to get there and back for sure.

Hey Parker,

When you're done, hop down to Bartow and I will show you my ride for work.  I would like to here about the Sea plane training.  If you decide to, the chopper is parked at the base of the tower and we are in the hanger next to it thru the gate.  Would be nice to meet a fellow Mooniac!!

You proabably could get the MES rating cheap if you could find somebody that does instruction in a Leza Aircam on floats. IMO, that would be pretty fun too!
