Seth Posted January 15, 2015 Author Report Posted January 15, 2015 Yes - thank you for finding the visual!! Except it will change as we get closer to next week. Just be careful flying from now until the end of the 21st around here. Make sure you understand the notams. Very little VFR flight. You can arrive IFR through IAD, BWI, HEF. -Seth Quote
201er Posted January 15, 2015 Report Posted January 15, 2015 How's it any different than the permanent TFR SFRA? Squawk and talk, right? Quote
Seth Posted January 16, 2015 Author Report Posted January 16, 2015 A little different - even more restrictive - No SFRA VFR flight at all inside the SFRA. Pretty much only flights during the heightened security hours are to BWI, IAD, and HEF. All other airports should have no operation, not even IFR. So - no flying around the state of the union speech unless you are on an IFR flight from somewhere to one of those three airports. Law enforcement, medical, and other approved flights can occur. -Seth Quote
