I talked to him the other night. He went and looked at my plane and wasn't favorable. I got an offer today for $120k. Then I called my accountant. $37k in capital gains. Not sure what to do....I had to turn my buyer away. I need accounting help.

 

Welcome George. Do me a favor....do a new published safety analysis of the M20 series Mooneys. ASF's last one was the 1990's. We are still the safest.

Thanks to all for the kind words of support.  I'm really excited about the opportunity.  It will be a privilege to work on behalf of AOPA's members and  towards improving safety for all of General Aviation.

He and I emailed recently - if anyone is looking to sell a Missile or Eagle, let him know!
