M20J Mooney intro flight wanted near DFW

Ok so long ago when I was teenager I rode in a Mooney, and my friendly brokers says that is the plane I need. So the wife and I are looking for one to sit in, and see if we fit.

Any volunteers?

Also I've been told by Ins co that I will 15 hrs make & model dual before solo. Not too bad I thought... But before I start digging into the wallet, I'd atleast like to sit in one ....

happy to help you out if you were in the Atlanta area.  the 15 hour dual will depend on your recent experience.  I had ~450 hours, 45 multi, no instrument rating when I bought mine and all I needed was a CFI sign off.  I was a little surprised.

I'm a little surprised that they are going to require 15 hours with over 20 hours in complex/high performance. You check with Falcon Insurance in San Antonio?

I'm not sure which, I went through Duncan... Since I'm no IFR ticket... Most just said no.... Only one hadn't responded was global... Don, We'd love to drive over and take a look... Weekday Evenings weekend days? I live at 58T (near Decatur)

I'm in the middle of a daytime project, so an evening would work best. And weekend evenings or weekday evenings. Just let me know what works for you two. I'm not waffling on my offer; Decatur is a long way.
