The logs on this plane are complete and immaculate. I have receipts dating back to 2002, all STC Paperwork, etc. Even have burn certs and paint brochures. I flight plan for 146kts at 9.5gph, but the airplane will do 150kts TAS with just me and ~30 gallons of fuel at 8000'. There was a gear up by a PO in 2004, which is fully documented. Engine was torn down by Penn Yann and prop was replaced with a new "B" hub (no eddy current AD). There exists no evidence of this incident today. You'd be hard pressed to find a better equipped vintage Mooney. Mags rebuilt ~250 hours ago, tanks resealed by Maxwell, etc. She's as close to turn-key as you can get. I've flown her all over the country, from Palm Springs to Palm Beach, Michigan to Montana. Still flying while awaiting a new home.

Asking $56,500. Available to inspect anytime, can deliver.

Based near Wichita, KS @ 3AU

I believe that completes the specs and information. I'm going to give it a while before posting for sale on the major sites so the Mooneyspace Community has the first shot at it :)

Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions; I'm glad to talk Mooney with anyone!

Great looking plane Rob. I am sure it won't last. I was wondering if you could give an idea on the cost with installing your aspen system.

I am interested in doing this to my plane. Pm me if you don't mind.

Feel free to make an offer including the wife :) fair warning though, she's expensive to maintain.

I'll post some interior photos tonight.

There is no structural corrosion and any surface corrosion has been treated. The plane is fogged with CorrosionX every so often and despite the mess that makes, it has been effective in keeping anything serious at bay. The paint is solid, and that helps also.

I upgraded this plane a great deal during my ownership. Suffice it to say that before I put tens of thousands of dollars in avionics in, I was completely sure that the airframe was not going to be an issue. The airplane is in great shape and has been maintained to a very high standard.

The useful load is 981.7lbs and the fuel tanks are 52 gallons.
