Can someone explain to me how the member designations are given.  Junior, senior, etc.

Interesting question.  I see I have - I am embarrassed to notice - 1444 posts - oopps now its 1445 - but I am not a senior member, a "won't go away member" a "full member" but at least  I am not a junior member or a newbie member.  Well, maybe I like it that way.
