stuck in Perry (K40J)

on the way back from Louisiana after taking the kids to visit my mother for a couple of weeks. i got out just in time but now i am stuck in Perry (40J) i gotta say the staff have been very hospitable. Bill Roberts is a nice guy for a cherokee owner and he was the project manager of the USAF C17 globemaster. interesting guy to talk to.

home base is AVO so just waiting out the Tstorms. hope the weather to the east doesnt catch up to me.

Good luck and be safe.  Looks like you could make it to Cross City a few miles closer to your destination.  The heavier rain appears to be on shore but the mositure is coming form the gulf.  Keep looking maybe in a copule of hours it will settle down some as the sun moves further to the west.

It is a mess out here in Lakeland.  Never seen so much rain falling at one time in my life.
