Who makes engraved plastic labels?

Changing tail number on airplane.   Need new engraved plastic label for panel.   Anyone know a place that makes such things?

Check your local trophy shop.

For a small fee, I can carve it in cherry, walnut or mahogany if you give me the final size (preferably not too small).

I found them online.  I ordered something from them before.  Good company.  But, I just need a little 2" x 3/4" engraved label with a sticky back.  Probably cost $3.00 from the right place.  A place with "Aircraft" in their name will probably be 10 times that...

 I use a local trophy store for labels.  I send them a PDF of what I want and they print it on aluminum, cut to size.  I believe I pay about $5.00 per label.  Lee

I've got a  Brother labelmaker that's nicer than that - But I want an engraved label that is  2" wide, 3/4" high with letters 0.4" tall.  Thickness 0.025" - 0.05".   White letters on matte black finish.

I’m redoing my panel right now and had him do all the switches.  He is a great guy and does fantastic work!  Priced very reasonable too.

The place I used to work at had a control panel shop. They had an engraver that made those labels. They used it to label devices in the panels and to make the data plates for the panels. If I needed one for a work project or other project, I just asked the panel shop manager and they showed up at my desk in a few minutes.

Cheapest I found online was about $7.50 through Etsy.   Think it was for a "switch" label used for electrical panels.
