flyer338 Posted August 15, 2022 Report Posted August 15, 2022 I have decided to retire from flying. I am selling my Mooney. It is currently undergoing an owner assisted annual. I have put the annual on pause. The airplane is opened up and ready for a pre-purchase evaluation. I intended to install a Challenger air filter and LED landing and taxi lights - I already have the parts. The airplane is hangared at North Las Vegas airport (VGT). I will make the hangar available to the buyer at my expense long enough to complete the annual. I am sure the present owner of the hangar would rent it to the buyer long term if the aircraft will continue to be based at VGT. Htmlkid Posted August 16, 2022 Report Posted August 16, 2022 Why is the useful load so low... are their bladders in the wings? If not when were they last sealed. What are the compressions on each of the cylinders? Have they been borescopes for pitting? Is it currently IFR Certified? What is her cruise and fuel burn? 1 Quote

Jacques E. Wheels Posted September 19, 2022 Report Posted September 19, 2022 Did you deal go through or is this plane available? Quote

It would be good to quote him or ping him @flyer338 so gets notified. My guess is that if it went under contract two days after it was listed that there were people standing in line to buy this one.
