I am selling a flight simulator setup capable of running X-Plane 9/10 or Microsoft FSX. This simulator is not FAA certified and it cannot be used to log time towards any ratings or for flight currency. It is for recreational use only. The system provides 180 degrees of outside visuals as well as a dedicated screen for the instrument panel. It features realistic controls, switches and rudder pedals and 6 computers and 6 LCD displays.

PRICE: $3500.00

The specs for each computer are below:

COMPUTER 1: AMD Phenom II 1055T 2.8Ghz Processor, 4GB RAM, 60GB SSD hard drive, 500GB HDD, NVidia 8600GTS Video Adapter

COMPUTER 2: Intel Core2 6600 2.4Ghz Processor, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD, NVidia 8600GTS Video Adapter

COMPUTER 3: Intel Core2 6600 2.4Ghz Processor, 2GB RAM, 250GB HDD, NVidia 8600GTS Video Adapter

COMPUTER 4: Intel Core2 Duo E8400 3.0Ghz Processor, 2GB RAM, 70GB HDD, NVidia 7900GTX Video Adapter

COMPUTER 5: Intel Core2 Duo E8400 3.0Ghz Processor, 2GB RAM, 70GB HDD, NVidia 7900GTX Video Adapter

COMPUTER 6: Intel Core2 6600 2.4Ghz Processor, 4GB RAM, 250GB HDD, NVidia 8800 GT Video Adapter

Then there are the LCD panels:

5x Samsung 204B SynchMaster 20” 4:3 ratio LCD

1x Samsung 225BW SynchMaster 22” Widescreen LCD

The Flight Controls Are:

FlightLink AV/B with sub-panel ($1,975.00 retail, http://www.flightlink.com/hardware/fixedwing/avb.html)

FlightLink Rudder Control Module ($795.00 retail, http://www.flightlink.com/hardware/fixedwing/rcm.html)

The Other Miscellaneous Items Included Are:

Logitech Wireless Keyboard & Mouse

Logitech 5.1 Speaker system

Custom Build 2-level desk with adjustable second level height as well as adjustable stainless steel legs

Microsoft Flight Simulator X discs

X-Plane 9 discs

2x Power strips

Here Is What You Will Need To Complete Setup:

Network Switch: This is not included since I ran these systems into my main switch for all of my home networking. I would recommend a high end switch, typically this will cost $150-$250.

Something To Hold Up 22” Instrument Monitor: Sadly, I never did build a real stand or mount for the instrument screen. I used a 15lb dumbbell weight behind it to keep it upright. You would need to come up with something similar or build a more professional stand.

Decent Computer/Networking Skills: While this simulator should just run right after hooking everything together you are going to need to have some basic understanding of computers and networking. I will not be providing support for this after it is sold aside from basic initial setup. You will need to understand basic networking concepts like how to manually assign IP addresses to network adapters and how to configure your switch, etc.

Note: In the pictures you might see a RAM mounted tablet PC - this is not included in the sale. You will also see a network switch - which is also not included.
