Yes, must snowboard... I've had 4 adults and 2 boards in my J. Backseat guys were on the small side and had the boards in between them. I've used this configuration several times

There is an STC that I almost installed when I did my modifications.  Not sure I have it in my documentation.  I'm sure it would take some time to fined, but such a modification does exist.
