Intermittent O&N bladder leak

My center fuel bladder on the right side leaks once in a while. Have had the plane 5 years and this has happened

roughly three times. I did go in and tighten all the interconnects before I had the plane painted. It's in annual and

it started leaking again. Any ideas? I would really hate to start taking panels off and jack up the paint if not necessary.

If you notice the leak at any particular fuel level, it would be helpful.  I've never heard of a bladder itself leaking, but the interconnects and access panels sometimes need to be tightened up.  The fuel level might point directly to the leaking item.

Don't fill it to the very top, leave a couple of inches from the cap.
