New, to me, Ovation! Where to tie down in SE Florida?

Hello all.  Proud new owner of an Ovation and will be looking to tie it down in SE Florida. We live in Palm Beach Gardens and looking at F45.  This plane has NEVER been tied down outside, but, obviously as anyone done here knows, hanger space is crazy.  

Any SE Florida pilots have any good suggestions.  F45 is pretty reasonable and is only 15 min from our home.  Willing to drive a bit for maybe better situation or even a hanger, prefer north up to VRB.  

Just curious what others may think.

Check with Johnny Stinson at F45, https://www.amspalmbeach.com/, maybe he can help you find shared hangar space. Tee hangars are extremely hard to come by.

Fort Pierce (APP) has a community hangar and they’re supposedly going to build new tee hangars sometime soon.

How are they for maintenance on Mooney's as well?  I hear Palm Beach Avionics is really good as well.

I have an Ovation at F45.  Did you find a spot?  I’d get the best cover I could if parking outside and set aside the $750/mo rent for new paint and parts as the sun is brutal.

I park at KLNA it’s tie down but $110 a month.

Assuming from car ownership keeping her waxed, applying detailer between waxes, combined with a cover will help with sun damage. 
 

Nice thing about KLNA is you have Sarasota Avionics’s, Prop shop and Alain AP IA on the field.
