HIghpockets Posted November 12, 2019 Report Posted November 12, 2019 Just wondering. For those on the forum that fly themselves to Atlanta, GA. What is your preferred destination airport if you have business in downtown Atlanta? Do you use KATL or do you prefer one of the outlying aerodromes?

Oldguy Posted November 13, 2019 Report Posted November 13, 2019 We typically go into FTY unless our destination is extremely close to PDK. PDK has a lot of training traffic, and if you are sensitive to fuel prices, FTY wins hands-down. Uber/Lyft is available from either.
