Flux Valve Position M20K with Weather Radar

Hi,

does anybody know where the flux valve is located in a 231 with weather radar installation?

I looked at the place mentioned in the other thread (right wing just outboard of the wheel) and

all the other plates in the middle row with no success.

1981 M20K 231, mine is located in the left wing, second square panel outboard of the gear, mid-chord.

In some Mooneys, the inspection (that the flux gate is hiding behind) panel got brass rivet Looking fasteners instead of steel screws...

Something to look for...

unfortunetly nothing midchord on both wings ....

It actually was midchord on the left wing
