You, sir, appear to be lost. "Tires" are certainly FAA Approved, whilst "Tyres" could only have been approved by EASA and certain Islanders . . . .  :lol:

In Mooney parlance...

Consulting a proper Professional for Transition Training is always a great idea...

Let’s say your MGTW has increased a few KGs... similar to a Long Body...

let’s continue to say you would prefer that your MGTW to be more in line with a mid body...

Going for a jog can help do that transition for you...

Just be aware... you can run 7 minute miles in your mid-life run.... but somewhere in there may be a personal limit...

A typical requirement for a high school freshman trying out for the baseball team... run a seven minute mile... for Soccer... (futbol) run two seven minute miles in a row...

The elevated heart rate that comes with running, can also shake things loose from inside the arteries... Stuff that freshmen haven’t had the opportunity to put there...

Eat well, exercise, consult your professional... wear a Fitbit, get an Iwatch.... at least watch your heart rate limit based on physical characteristics...

Don’t use internet advice without checking in with your professional...

PP thoughts about running to maintain MGTW...  the coach was clear... the running goal was for freshmen, not for dads...

Another hypothetical question...   If your daughter is a doctor... does she qualify as a professional that you can consult with regarding your exercise regime?
