I started my annual last Monday (owner assisted). Everything was going great until I decided to do an emergency gear extension. To my surprise after disengaging the motor and starting to crank...nothing happened! The gear did not extend. So we are working to find out what is going on...most likely we will need to send in the unit...

Also, my fuel selector valve needs some TLC... poor thing it is leaking...

My prop is being overhauled...

So let's see how everything goes...

There's a decent chance your gear crank engagement lever and cable just need to be adjusted or given some attention.

Mine is at LASAR as I type......

After nearly two months the plane got out of the annual and is flying again!!! Still some minor issues are pending like the dimmer is not working...but at least I did a test flight and the CHTs are ok, the new JPI 900 works great and the panel feels really empty without all the steam engine gauges!
