carusoam Posted January 1, 2015 Report Posted January 1, 2015 one, on yoke. other, on throttle. I haven't touched a Jbar in years... none, on A/P (90% of cruise time) both, for those times requiring improved precision... my yokes show more wear on the left horn...? best regards, -a- Quote
DrBill Posted January 2, 2015 Report Posted January 2, 2015 One hand on yoke when A/P not on. Right hand usually on throttle. Quote
Hank Posted January 2, 2015 Report Posted January 2, 2015 One hand on yoke when A/P not on. Right hand usually on throttle. My right hand is usually on the throttle in the pattern, when not raising/lowering gear, tuning/changing radio, adjusting trim, etc. In cruise, it doesn't have a whole lot to do after setting power, mixture and trim.
