one, on yoke.

other, on throttle.

I haven't touched a Jbar in years...

none, on A/P (90% of cruise time)

both, for those times requiring improved precision...

my yokes show more wear on the left horn...?

One hand on yoke when A/P not on. Right hand usually on throttle.

My right hand is usually on the throttle in the pattern, when not raising/lowering gear, tuning/changing radio, adjusting trim, etc.

In cruise, it doesn't have a whole lot to do after setting power, mixture and trim.
