CBP - NY, PA Advice?

Flying from Kingston, ON to outside of Philadelphia this weekend.   Any suggestions on a Customs and Border Airport of Entry that's open on the weekend to use?

KAVP or if not, KROC. Both come to you on the FBO ramp.

Or if you're going outside Philly then maybe you can just go to KPNE. Cant say for certain they have customs but they are a delta.

I know that Buffalo is open during the weekend however I'd probably check CBP's website for the closest airport and phone to see if an agent will meet you there afterhours. I've had pretty good luck that way.
