Where did you say it is....?

Looks like Colorado. Very nice paint layout.

For anyone interested in making a look-see.

Best regards,

Got it! U42 is in Utah.

Price is a funny thing....

It only matters to the buyer and seller.

Some people need every cent from the sale and others, a few thousand either way won't make a difference.

The rest of us are just spectators to this wonderful event.

I'm happy to see a nicely updated, older, mid body for sale.

Hoping the seller gets top dollar.

I also would like to know what type of business he's in? I would want to do something similar.

Before retirement, I was an industrial machine buyer of both new and pre-loved industrial machines...

Best regards,

-a-

As David points out above, don't leave anything on table. You may consider seeking professional help to best determine market pricing for a relatively unique machine in the current market. Then again, some sellers want things to go away fast!

I definitely appreciate the input. Trying to find comparable aircraft has been difficult at best.

Our goal is to find this Mooney a good home at a price that will make both parties happy.
