  1. Of course, but if you buy the standard SCS kit and add the Ensolite foam it would cost $585 plus shipping, instead of $340 plus shipping.
  2. This isn't mine but I ran across it on Ebay and thought it might work for someone on here. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mooney-M20C-Carpet-Kit-/252322972680?hash=item3abf9f0408:g:V-EAAOSwr7ZW6jLs&vxp=mtr
  3. Looks great! That was a good decision to move the Lynx.
  4. It says Delta on the boat. I knew there wasn't much legroom in Coach, but I had no idea . . .
  5. I'd be interested in the Garmin 496 as a backup if it was around $500.

    Thanks

    Lance

  6. Whether they are broken or not, Aero Comfort can repair them and cover them with ultraleather for a permanent solution.
  7. I realize it's a different switch but you might want to read this thread:
  8. It looks promising
  9. I know of a beautiful Ovation for sale : )
  10. If you can do the Acclaim over the Ovation, why not? You'll never regret the extra performance if you have it. However you may regret not getting it if you don't.
  11. Aircraft Spruce has the best price. https://www.aircraftspruce.com/catalog/eppages/lord-m20-mooney.php PM me if you want. I have an account with them and could save you about $50 on the full set of 11. Not a lot but everything helps.
  12. On the new fasteners or old fasteners, screw them all into a piece of cardboard and spray them with the same paint as you are using on the interior. That way the fasteners blend in rather than standing out.
  13. Cleaning out the hangar, oops I mean barn . . . I found out about these PAR 36 LED taxi and landing lights on CSOBeech . . . for your . . ah tractor. http://www.towmart.com/par-36-led-high-power I tested them as soon as I got them and they are incredibly bright, 1500 lumens. I never got a chance to install them. They are still in the box as new. They drop into place to replace a GE Par 36 light. Same size same connectors. They should last for the life of your . . . tractor. They work on 14 or 28 volt tractors. I bought two flood (taxi) and two trapezoid (landing) at $76.95 each plus shipping. Will sell them each for $50, shipping included. Two for $90 shipped or all four for $170 shipped. PM me or e-mail me at lancecasper@me.com
  14. Don't hold back Ryan . . tell us how you really feel . . lol
  15. Just be careful above the freezing level. You may get Piloto induced icing on the horizontal stabilizer.
  16. I thought what made the Lifesaver the Lifesaver was the battery backup. If you have it, there's your backup to the Aspen. If your battery needs replacing, the least expensive method is to buy the three batteries that make up the battery pack for about $15 each and plug them together. No splicing required and you are legal to replace the battery yourself. http://www.lifesavergyro.com/lifesaver-gyro/#
  17. I have the JDM app on my Macbook Pro to update the Avidyne 540/440. No problems whatsoever. Slicker than snot on a doorknob.
  18. Received mine today and installed with the RAM ball joints that I bought. Don did a great job! Here are the sockets that I bought: http://www.gpscity.com/ram-mount-plastic-lite-arm-b-socket-rap-b-201-1u.html
  19. Not that AOA is a fix-all for every mistake made, but it may have helped here. I don't have one yet but am considering it.
  20. That link makes a good point on bladders - a great subject to explore on another post. However on the crash in L. A. I think it's a moot point since it looks like he ran out of usable fuel.
  21. Might I suggest a nice Ovation for sale : )
