Apollo Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 Well, the new GoPro's are out. http://gopro.com/hd-hero3-cameras I wonder if they are now more compatible with 'prop blur?' Anybody picking one up soon to try it out? Wonder if there are any youtube's already that document it! Quote
HopePilot Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 I'm pretty sure it's required for continued airworthiness. I wonder what my GoPro 2 is worth now? Quote
Jeff_S Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 That was an awesome promo video. Reminded me back in the day when I was living in Colorado and teaching skiiing for a living, every Fall the new Warren Miller film would come out and we'd get treated to all sorts of ski and athletic footage. Now amateurs can do all that in the palm of their hands. Quote
Joe Zuffoletto Posted October 19, 2012 Report Posted October 19, 2012 The question to ask the GoPro folks is whether the camera employs a rolling shutter or not: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rolling_shutter Quote
