Relationship of jack points to CG

Is there any documented relationship of the C/G to the jack points on the wing? I would think that if a plane that was known to be balanced could be kept in balance by checking the load on the tail hook with the plane on the wing jacks and comparing that number to the original balanced figure. Anybody ever take this approach?

It could be determined pretty readily, I think.  The leading edge of the wing is at station 33 (i.e., 33" aft of the datum), so you could measure back from there to the jack points to find their station.  To determine the aircraft's CG using the method you mention, though, you'd need to know the weight on each of the jack points as well as the lift on the tail hook.
