Old style hub cap

Long story short but after 61 years and an unsupervised mx event my hub cap is gone.  The shop said they will make it right but I was just looking up for curiosity.  Here is a picture of what it looks like.  I have the part numbers but I cannot source the exact one.  Ideas on what I am to expect?  

part number 38520A in my parts manual.  Is it needed?  I know later models don't even have them. Just the exposed cotter pin.

It looks like it but without direct comparison it’s hard to tell.

most used ones have internal damage from improperly cut cotter pins that cut thru the cap

Still not a bad price compared to some that I have seen.
