Aircraft insurance cost for 2025

It was about $1900 the year before, but it's tough to compare year on year the way things are going

I was talking to the owner of a large FBO/flight school/maintenance shop/avionics shop today. Turns out a lot of aircraft parts are made in Mexico. He’s already seeing price increases. At some point this will hit insurance if repair costs increase.

That's been happening at a high rate for the past 5 years. Thankfully, for many aircraft owners, insurance rates haven't been moving at the same rate.
