I work at BETA Technologies, the electric aircraft manufacturing building you all parked in front of. Saw all planes outside and did some googling to figure out what was going on. Just wanted to say hi and share my enjoyment of seeing all of your planes lined up!IMG-6638.jpg

I attended the BTV PPP in the Fall of 2006. We had heavy rain and low IFR all day Friday, most of Saturday, and most of Sunday. The photos this year look like beautiful weather.

Registration and our schedule is published here:

But, as usual... Only this year.  :P

And if you're looking for a places for 2025...  I'm still pushing the SFF/GEG area for June, Sept or Oct.  (Still too much of a chance for ice in April.)

We have an unofficial tentative calendar for next year, but probably much
closer to you in Montana - but all is subject to change right now.

Funny, I was going to ask about a location in the future more amenable to the North/Northwest!  Spokane would be great for me, reasonably weather-wise vs. the coastal locations.

I will say Montana offers fine amenities :)

I actually mentioned MPP to the local new entrepreneurial FBO where I board at KBIL. They had a TBM training clinic recently, do public events (flying kids, etc) and are generally oriented towards building up the scene. And, although we're about 3-3.5 hrs from Yellowstone, there are some nice "destination" type airports even closer for people want to make it a vacation.

Still hoping to make it to the coming MPP at Ft. Worth!

The Northwest FLight SErvice at KSFF hosted a mixed Mooney and Cirrus formation clinic around 2019.  They were very generous with classroom space and support.  In case the PPP team does decide Spokane over Montana, they are worth a call.

+1 for Spokane

I have attended 13 PPPs in the last 17 years (all on the west coast except one in Denver after weather prevented me from attending in Santa Maria in 2016).  I also would like to see one held in Spokane next year.
I just sent an email to Ralph lobbying for Spokane.  A few more emails from y’all wouldn’t hurt

Im super disappointed Im not there.  It's sooooo close to here and when it was announced I was excited I would go.  But alas a work travel today and tomorrow keeps me away.  Enjoy folks!  I hope it comes back to KBTV sometime again.

I misspoke, not Montana but Cheyenne, WY next year. You folks are welcome to lobby for 2026.

I'd almost call that Central US, similar to the TX one in Oct.  Is the spring PPP going to be in SoCal again?

We usually alternate between Santa Maria and either AZ or Vegas area. So next spring will be back at Henderson, NV.

Both are only half the distance as TX is for you.

Yea, but I was originally going to VT...  So I guess distance isn't really a consideration. :D

But then let's see... If I go to Cheyenne I could knock Leadville off my list.   Decisions, decisions...
