In most pictures of the G3X in split screen mode I see the EIS strip, artificial horizon, and DG on the left side with the charts etc on the right side. Example photo for reference:

Is it possible to reverse that? To have the EIS strip on the far right side, beside the AI/DG/SVT with the charts?

I’m not convinced that is what I would want, but I just want to know if that capability is there, or if I would be stuck looking at it as Garmin dictates.

Thanks!

Yes, it is possible to change which side (left or right) the MFD page appears in split screen mode, and it is possible to select which side of the screen (left or right) the EIS strip appears.

Depending on how the defaults are programmed in configuration mode, it may be possible to reconfigure the display in normal mode.

There is info from G3X Touch Certified Part 23 AML STC Installation Manual, 190-02472-01, Rev. 2 concerning your question (EIS display is highlighted in yellow):
