Anybody know if we can get all the baffles as a kit from somewhere and how much it generally costs? These are the metal baffles and not baffle seals.

Thanks in advance.

thanks - they dont seem to be carrying mooney baffles though- altho there is a link for mooney they say they dont have any products.

But from looking at other aircraft - it seems to be 800-1000$

I found them on their site. They aren't available yet as they are in the process of getting them FAA-PMA'd. They list M20 B,C,D, and 201 that they are working on.

My mechanics installed one of Gee-Bee's baffle seal kits on my Mooney several years ago.  I couldn't be happier with it.  Very high quality product at a fair price.

We're going on 2 years on our silicone baffle seals and same thing, excellent product and great price.

Agreed... got 6 years on my set and I'm sorta planning to re-use them as I'm going through the overhaul.  I'm only thinking about replacing to change colors since I am a bit vain and trying to pretty-up everything under the cowl.  :P

I ordered a baffle set for my '97 M20K Encore and even though the 252 set was close it took a little improvising. I'm sure the next set for an Encore will be perfect.

It is the best baffle material out there. You will definitely see a decrease in temps with good baffling like this. Looks great too!

Thanks Guy

I bought a complete kit from airforms for my 66E. I've been very happy with it but it took a long time to install since my engine had been swapped to the A3B6. Cost was about $1500 for the parts - the install was more...
