Anybody know what these are? [found in the hangar]

Some sort of pulley or arbor.

I had a hangar door motor that basically fell apart and dropped exactly these kinds of parts on the floor. I’ve been parking the plane farther back from the door since then - it was sheer luck that the pulleys didn’t fall on the cowling or the windshield.
