Is this fairly priced? Trying to see if it's a fair price. I noticed that the next annual and IFR cert weren't listed. Engine time seems okay. Engine monitor listed but I couldn't identify it in the pictures.

Thoughts?

I realize it may already be sold or under contract.

Fair pricing is hard to tell on any one individual item...

Especially when final negotiations are completed...

To get a feeling for ball park pricing on any model of Mooneys...

There is a well published pricing guide....  the MooneyFlyer...

And there is one resource who sells many Mooneys following a pretty well developed pricing strategy... find Jimmy at GMax...

Consistency is everything....  then do your best comparative shopping... be ready to move when your turn comes up...

PP thoughts only...

Best regards,

The most powerful thing a buyer has for negotiations....

Two identical planes for sale... within physical range... of the buyer...

Use caution... that will get you the best price available...   which might be the same as advertised...  :)

I love the Flyer, but in the case of the 231, the Flyer's ballparking model lumps the 231 and 252 into one model, the "M20K." As much as I would like to think my 231 has the value of a 252, that is really not true. Wish they would divide it into two classes. But it would take work, and they have made a good effort. As I said, I love the mag.

I live in flat land so I wouldn’t spend the money on that one.  To me the engine has too many hours on it and that is an expensive overhaul.  Ok just guessing that a K overhaul is 15-30 more AMU’s than a J.  The lyco tbo is 2000 hours and it doesn’t have continental cylinders on it.  I like the turbo planes but for where I fly it isn’t worth it.
