Time to sell my plane

Can somebody recommend a good broker to sell my Mooney?  Time for it to go.

No affiliation, just throwing out some resources to start with although I've pestered Jimmy Garrison enough at All American, that I really do need to buy an aircraft from them at some point as payback for all of his patience.

You could start by trying to sell it here in the Aircraft Classified section.

67 M20F with 201 mods, 20 SMOH, recent paint, tanks resealed, prop overhauled, and much more.

Jimmy Garrison at All American is the "go to" guy for this airplane.

Let us know for sure about your plane.  There are some here looking to get our first Mooney.  And you won't have to pay broker fees.

I also recommend Jimmy Garrison at AAA - he keeps a list of buyers ready to buy and can quickly connect buyer and seller for a painless deal.

+1 for Jimmy and David at All American. Have bought and sold with them. Straight shooters. Fair valuation. Just remember, you sell at wholesale and buy at retail. But, part of what you are paying for is to get the deal done with minimum hassle.

I think of wholesale/retail spread of 30%+. Mistakenly, I guess, I thought AAA would do a 5-10% broker fee on planes without actually buying them.

Jimmy buys some inventory and brokers others. Never mean’t to imply a specific spread. It’s what you negotiate.
