All said, I don’t know why manometers aren’t used more often. As mentioned, physics doesn’t lie. You never have to worry if your water or tape measure are calibrated.  I made one the height of the hangar wall to verify the fuel pressure gage they’d overhauled was done incorrectly. The wall is only ~ 20 feet high. I’ll let the smart guys figure out if i’m injected or carbureted. Fly safe. 

8.6 PSI, you have a carb. But you have an M20C so we knew that already.

You use it for brake bleeding as well?

I used it for sucking fluid through the system to prime it.   You still have to use an oil can to push the air bubbles up and out starting at the calipers
