I have recently relocated Turboplus back to WA state where my family started the company in 1982.  Now operating as Turboplus Aircraft Systems, we are waiting for our facility and PMA inspection, hopefully early July. If you need replacement parts I'll certainly take care of your requests.  New website will be launched next week.  Intercooler kits for your M20K will be available soon, with a NEW 5 year warranty. Visit our website Contact Page and fill in the required fields, we will add your contact info to our customer list.

Every now and then questions come up about a Turbo plus equipment.

You might be able to use the search function to find some history.

use caution with sales and offers and commercial stuff, there is a proper section of the site for things for sale.

for better or worse,the things are just too simple, durable, and effective to need alot of parts.  in eight years of ownership i have had mine cleaned once and that's it, and its 15 years old.  in the meantime, it just works, and keeps my engine cool.  thank you for your most excellent contribution to GA.

Great News.  FAA-PMA inspection is completed. Turboplus Aircraft Systems is in production building 10 M20K intercooler kits right now.  Six are sold, and if you are interested, visit our NEW www.TURBOPLUS.COM website. Please request quote and a 20% deposit is required to hold your order.  Deposit orders ship priority over non deposit orders. Thank you so much for the positive feedback and personal calls letting me know how happy you've been with your Turboplus system; and the sales generated from this site. Please understand that we have many orders for other aircraft models as well; we will try and ship to meet your schedule. Oooh sounds good. I can't wait to get this into my 231. It'd be great to have it installed before I head down to Reno in September.

Using a Naca Duct provides direct ambient air to the intercooler core with no back pressure or drag.  The Mooney intercooler has proven very successful since the early 1980's . As shown in the graph, this system really works great and it's virtually maintenance free.  But, if you need replacement parts we are here 24/7 for you. Actually, the smile was because of how beautifully constructed the heat exchanger is. The warranty didn't hurt. Plane is in for annual and installation right now and I've been very pleased with the customer service so far. I was particularly impressed you asked for installation pictures with the Merlyn wastegate installed to improve the ease of installation of the two mods together.

Picked up my Turboplus Intercooler at KTIW today on the way down to Reno. The quality shows in the craftsmanship. I can't wait to have it installed. Thanks for coming out for a personal delivery Jeff.

Still some buttoning up and paint work to do but the intercooler is in and all the key pieces are in place. Can't wait to fly her.
