Whelen strobe power repair

My strobe power supply failed. Bench tester shows good anode output but dead T1/T2. I'm thinking it must be a bad cap. Has anyone tried repairing one of these to use on their uh bicycle or something? The large center cap says it's 104mu but it's a size I'm not familiar with.

If you can't repair let me know. I just removed two of mine when I upgraded to LEDs. You can have them for dirt cheap.
