Rudder Boots

My rudder boots inside the plane are shot. Where is a good source to get a replacement? Any ideas on cost?

I would take one out and use it as a pattern.   Use some leather as a replacement.

I purchased mine from Lasar, they were made from a cloth material and had Velco. If your over 60lbs and 3' 8" they are a pain to install, pretty tight aera down there.

Aero Comfort had some leather ones with Velcro to ease installation. $100/4 if I recall correctly. Hire a 10 year old contortionist for the installation.

There are a couple of other boots that would be good to replace down there wherever control rods let outside air in.  A real winter issue...
