It fluctuates from time to time, generally it's ~2½ psi but will drop like this from time to time. Still purrs nicely without a hiccup!

Since we are nitpicking stuff. I think your vacuum looks a bit high as well.

How accurate is that gauge, what does it show when engine is off? What about low idle, when the annunciator light indicates low vacuum?

It's been at the top of the green since i replaced the vacuum pump in ~2012. Reads "0" when the engine is off, and below the green at idle. For accuracy, I can only hope the A&P/IA who installed it did it right. He did all of my maintenance for seven years.
